About Leading Practice
I established Leading Practice to provide a focus point for a range of services and to provide a way for others to access my experience and expertise drawn from my time working in the public sector and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and community based organisations. Often, when people engage with each-other to achieve a set of objectives, they’re confronted with complex issues which potentially impede their ability to achieve their goals. The best response to this kind of scenario involves having access to, and using the right expertise and experience.

A community of successful partnerships involving people and organisations, collaborating to producing realistic and achievable options for multilateral success in any given endeavor.
Leading Practice Purpose
To partner with people and organisations in need of expertise or guidance to help achieve their aims. Expertise is drawn from a range of disciplines, including native title, education and leadership and personal development training.
